We have physical activies which vary depending on the physical condition of our seniors. We provide exercise equipment, hobbies, gardening, or simply walking.

We provide health and nutrition education classes to keep our seniors informed and healthy.   As our programs develop, we will post our schedules on the website for your convenience.

Meals: We provide one daily meal at lunch time for our seniors.

In order for our seniors to receive daily meals they must be a member of our senior center and must be present every day at mealtime. These are hot, nutritious meals and are delivered to our facility daily. Go to full-size image

Transportation: We provide transportation to our members for the following.
